This Nottinghamshire Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team and work alongsidethis hardworking andpassionate team lead by a talented Head Chef.
This quaint market town Hotel has 40+ ensuite bedrooms, a 100+ cover restaurant which is available for private functions, 100+ Bar & Grill serving scrumptious dishes crafted bythe Head Chef and the talented and hardwoking brigade. It also has 4 conference and function rooms inlcuding the newly refurbished Suite.
The food created by the team use fresh, seasonal, ingredients produced in and around the surrounding areas. As Chef de Partie you must be committed to help maintain the high standards already set within the property.
Your responsibilities as Chef de Partiewill include:
Ensuring that the presentation of all food offered meet the required standards of quality & cost
Ensure the efficient running of the Kitchen under the management of the senior chef on duty
Assist the Chef to make sure all legal requirements including Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire, HACCPS and any other relevant policies are kept in place
