Fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a fantastic Brigade at this destination gastro pub in the Peak District.


This AA rosette accredited country style pub offers unpretentious country dining, using local produce to create their regularly changing menu, with a wholesome and creative specials board. They are looking for a talented, hardworking and standards driven Chef de Partie to join their brigade.


They can offer you excellent training and development opportunities and the chance to work in a quality establishment that will enhance your CV.


It is essential that applicants have experience in similar quality establishments.


The management would like to appoint a Chef de Partie who has flair and ambition and is competent in all sections of the kitchen.


Applicants should have NVQ 1 and 2 and a Food Hygiene Certificate, a stable CV with good references is also required.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Minimum of 2-3 years in quality establishments with a minimum of 1 AA Rosette. Ideally have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with enthusiasm, passion and personality.


Due to location of the property driving is essential.
