This authentic and friendly busy Sheffield Bar is looking for a competant Sous Chef to join and help lead the talented kitchen team.
As Sous Chef you will be working in a fast paced environment using only fresh food. The successful applicant will be hardworking and reliable working in a high volume operation and be able to maintain consistency and standards.

Main Duties of this Sous Chef opportunity are:
Plan and oversee day to day running of the kitchen under Head Chef
Supervise and lead the team
Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
Take orders from Head Chef and delagate tasks to Commis, Demi Chefs and Chef de Parties
Conduct daily line inspections to ensure quality is maintained
Requirements for this Sous Chef position are:
Ideally Levels 1&2 NVQ
Experience in fresh food establishment
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
Good written and verbal English
