The hotels 3AA restaurant offers a truly intimate dining experience in stunning surroundings and atmosphere.The head chef, creates dishes with a modern European style celebrating the best oflocal produce from land and sea together with fabulous vegetables and herbs fromtheir very own kitchen gardens.
TheKitchen team are seeking a Pastry Chef to produce indulgent ranges of delicate desserts, proper puds and other sweet creations for the hotel. From conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts and afternoon tea pastries both classic and contemporary for guests and customers, this is a great opportunity.
Essential Pastry Chef requirements:

* NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivational and teamwork skills
* Planning and Time Management
* A flexible attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Artistic abilities

Desireable Pastry Chef qualities:

* Computer literacy
* 5* or Michelin/Rosette Experience within a similar environment/position
* NVQ Level 3
