This Beautiful and Historic Suffolk Gastro Pub set in a quaint village is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join their talented and professional kitchen team.

Within this traditional and cosyproperty they have a classic british menu that is created and produced with fresh local seasonal ingredients to high standards.

As Chef de Partie you must be:

* Hardworking and dedicated individual who has an ability to cope well under pressure
* Experienced in using fresh ingredients, in a busy high volume establishment
* Educated to NVQ 1&2 or equivalent
* Experienced within a brassiere/rosette establishment
* Food hygiene certificate

As Chef de Partie you must have a stable CV showing stability and have excellent traceable references.
