This luxurious 2AA Suffolk Hotel is searching for a hardworking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade to maintain and surpass the already high standards.
This 2AA Rosette Hotel in Suffolk has charm and character with modern comfort and luxury. It is set within 3 acres of beautiful secluded gardens. It has 70+ stylish boutique hotel rooms which are chic and comfortable with the latest technology.
The restaurant provides a completely modern dining experience. The restaurants eclectic menus attract a wide and travelled clientele both locally and beyond. They use only the finest seasonal ingredients and wherever possible source all produce locally.
The ideal Chef de Partie must have enthusiasm and have creative flair in the kitchen. The position will require an applicant with proven experience and a stable CV. Live in accomodation can be provided.
The duties of the Chef de Partie position will include:

* Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
* Monitoring stock
* Working to a high standard at all times
* Supporting daily operations

Qualifications/Requirements for this Chef de Partie position are:

* Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
* Experience working in an AA Rosette establishment
* Hotel or Restaurant background
* Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
* Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
* COSHH knowledge
