This award winning gastro pub serves seasonal dishes created using local produce to a high standard. They also host functionssuch asweddings, parties, conference or corporate events. The warm friendly welcome is matched by the relaxed, cosy atmosphere and decor, but retained and incorporated the buildings historic features.
Renowned for its famous cuisine and pies, food is prepared under the Head Chef, who is a Master Chef of Great Britain. The Chef and his team uses recipes that he has collected in the course of his experience as private chef and on his world travels to produce a cuisine at its most pure, simple and seasonal.
AsSous Chef you must be an experienced all rounder working closely with the Head Chef and will have the ability to be creative, pro-active, dedicated and lead the team showing commitment and flair. You must also be able to work on your own initiative and have a background of using fresh seasonal ingredients in a high quality establishment.
