This 3AA Award Winning Dorset Country House Hotel is currently looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join their talented and professional team in the kitchen.
Our Client has over 20 beautifully decorated and styled luxurious rooms, and an award winning restaurant serving dishes using an abundance of local ingredients with the menu created by a talented Head Chef and his team.The Head Chefs menus meet and exceed the exacting requirements of gastronomic standards.
Fine dining can be enjoyed both in the formal and informal dining areas. They also cater for small conferences, private parties and special occasions.
Chef de Partie Role:
The successful candidate will be working within the restaurant kitchen, producing seasonal food, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented for the elegant and award winning restaurant. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be report to the Head Chef.
Key responsibilities include:
Setting up your section
Training junior members of staff
Maintaining high health and safety standards
Section ordering
General larder organisation
Confident in running all kitchen sections
This Chef de Partie position also has excellent progression opportunities too.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate should have:
Have previous experience in a similar environment
Have a passion for fine food and service
Be able to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees
Be a team player with an open and friendly personality
Communicate effectively in English
Be eligible to work in the UK on a full time basis
